Depression

You can almost believe, if you stay really really still, don't move at all, it will hurt less. Of course it's not true. Only action, or sun, or time, or certain herbs, or talking it through, work. Problem is those things seem insufferable, impossible, way too much to ask. Actually really loud sobbing is draining, makes the tiredness worse, but releases some weird pressure, and almost feels slightly healing.
